  1. The next time you feel slouchy and your spirits are down, do not pick up that dull sweater or shirt over your jeans. This advice surprisingly is not to improve your fashion sense but to improve your mood! It is a well known fact that colours affect our mood; so the next time you are feeling down, put on those bright skirts and jewellery, which will help in boosting your mood, along with making you look great. Make sure to try this tip, as the bright colours will not only make others take notice of you but also make you feel good about yourself.

  2. Colours occur most abundantly in nature and their attributes can be traced back to what they represent in nature. For example, the colour green, which is the colour of vegetation, is rightly associated with growth and fertility. Whereas the colour blue, which is the colour of the sky and the seas, is associated with being calm and cool, just like the water it represents. Similarly, the colour red, which is also a colour of the Sun, is associated with energy, fire and passion just like the fiery Sun.
